Capture and sell asteroids for profit.
You control a space ship flying around earth, capturing asteroids and selling them. To start your business you took out a 200.000 $ loan. You used half of it to pay for a crappy used spaceship. It's not beautiful, but it gets the job done.
The bank is pretty ruthless: If you can not make your monthly 22.000 $ payment, your business fails. So don't spend all your money on fancy upgrades before you can actually afford it.
This is a prototype
Made for the Mini Game Jam #153 in three days. The theme was "fishing" and the limitation "no water". Check out the other submissions HERE.

wtf this rules
Took me a while to figure out I couldn’t harvest some asteroids due cargo capacity, but but after that I got really into it. Super fun game.
Very nice game. I love the setting in particular ;)
I played the game until my capture range went over the whole screen and beyond. Do you by any chance "store" new asteroids just outside the screen? Once my capture range was that large it became infinite money because I never ran out of asteroids to capture, even if none were visible anymore.

Wow, I think you played it more than I did! When you collect an asteroid, a new one spawns at a random position. With your range that big it always spawns inside. I just forgot to update the screen again, so you don't see it. Thanks for pointing it out!
